COVID-19 Update

Although lockdown measures have been lifted, please rest assured that we are still putting in place measures to protect both our staff and customers.

All of our staff are conducting twice weekly lateral flow tests, not just our engineers who perform call outs.

Any of our staff who do need to attend on site will of course be wearing appropriate PPE, will hand sanitise prior to coming on site from their vehicle & also carry wipes and UV-C wands to sanitise any area, equipment or furniture they have worked at.

 

We are still aiming to resolve as many issues remotely where possible, but should a call out be necessary, all precautions are taken.  We only ask that if an engineer is required that you must inform us if you are awaiting a Covid test result or anyone at your premises is positive or in any way symptomatic.  If this is not the case and it is safe to attend please ensure that all doors and windows are open in the areas the engineer will need access to, that you maintain social distancing and wear a mask covering both your nose and mouth.
