First Contact was established in 2001 by Jeremy Ross. As a sole trader Jeremy started by building computer systems for clients and providing mobile phone connections.
Coming from a background of technical & graphical services Jeremy quickly built the business and recognised the need for supporting small to medium sized businesses in their initial start up & growth periods.
Within 12 months it was necessary to expand the team and a specialist in mobile telecomms was recruited. This enabled First Contact to ensure that each side of the business was catered for by a dedicated person. This philosophy stands today. With a larger team and more clients it is now even more important to adhere to these principles. When a client requires support on their server they will liaise with an engineer, if they require web development they will get to speak to a designer or programmer.
The ability to offer a broad range of support services means that we are able to offer a single point of contact for the majority of technical & graphical services.
As a family run business First Contact adheres to the principles of good service at a fair price. We like to develop friendly working relationships with all our clients taking an active interest in what they do, so as to help support them further & where possible refer them business.
