No Fix. No Fee!

That is our policy as far as our test bench is concerned.  We will look at any PC or laptop & diagnose faults for free.  In most cases this takes no more than 30 -45 minutes for a full diagnosis, beyond that we would quote prior to performing any work on your equipment.

If you are local to us in Manchester just call on 0161 740 7400 & drop in with your equipment.  However in some cases we may be able to diagnose the fault over the telephone.  We offer free telephone support for up the first 10 minutes, thereonafter we would quote prior to proceeding.

If you are not local to us you can always have your equipment sent to us for diagnosis and we will be happy to service your needs.

Our typical services on our test bench include:

  • Virus, spyware, malware or other infection removal & then prevention solutions and advice.
  • Hardware repair or replacement components.
  • Hard drive upgrade or partition resizing.
