Having just read a copy of 'The 3CX IP PBX Tutorial' by Packt publishing, I found it to be the perfect companion to not just 3CX installers, but also for any end users/clients who prefer to be able to manage some or all parts of their system.  With plenty of screen shots it not only covers the technical aspects of how to set up/manage your 3CX system, but also has loads of screen shots which makes it easy to follow and not too daunting to those less technical or just lazier readers.
